La Clandestine rasberry artisanal vinegar
Hervé BOLLOT's artisanal vinegars accompany our daily cooking with beautiful, aromatic and natural bottles for fine cooking.
At the crossroads between traditional vinegar and creativity, we offer you the Raspberry Vinegar: Red wine from the Rhone Valley and Ardeche (Syrah, Grenache...) acetified traditionally in the Orleans method. The Raspberries come essentially from the Vercors, from an open field culture; no greenhouse, no plastic, which is rare enough to mention it!
The fruits are always whole: no pulp, no concentrate, no synthetic flavors...

Les conseils de la maison
Glass bottle of 25 cl.
To be consumed within 2 years to enjoy the aromatic complexity.
In cooking, with a fruity but not very powerful olive oil, it will make an excellent vinaigrette (2 spoons of oil, 2 spoons of vinegar, salt, pepper, nothing more) for a nice heart of lettuce or batavia. You can also combine it with red cabbage, it's delicious.
By deglazing a calf's liver or poultry gizzards, you will bring a fruity note to your dish.
