Bouillabaisse is the most famous traditional dish of the Fonfon restaurant, established in Marseille. Prepared and preserved in a jar so as to keep all its flavors, the ingredients are the same as in the restaurant: scorpion fish, conger eel, tomato, saffron...
To be served with small croutons and a good rouille.
Net weight 780g. For 2 or 3 plates.
Ingredients: Broth: water, several varieties of fish (12%), vegetables (onions, leeks), tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, salt, spices and herbs including saffron. Filling: fish 38% (conger, live, monkfish, scorpion fish), potatoes without coloring nor conservative.
