Bottle of 1 liter

Ingredients: Water, 25% rock fish (conger eel, capelin, red mullet), tomato concentrate, vegetables (onions, leeks), extra virgin olive oil, salt, aromatic plants including saffron.

No coloring or preservatives. Given the natural character of the product, a slight deposit may appear on the surface. For this reason, it is advised to shake the bottle before consuming it. Suggestion: Shake the bottle before opening. Heat over low heat without boiling (for 3 to 4 people). Pour on croutons rubbed with garlic or topped with rouille.

You can garnish with grated Gruyere cheese. Can also be used as a base for a bouillabaisse.
