Yellow Kalamansi jam - LemonStory
LEMON STORY's kalamansi jam is made from the fruits of a beautiful and rare citrus plantation in the Var region of France. The kalamansi is a small exotic fruit from Asia. Its pulp is juicy and as sour as a lime, its zest as sweet as a kumquat. The kalamansi can also evoke the passion fruit. It starts to grow green and slowly turns orange as it ripens on the tree.
This marmalade will surprise you with its unique sweetness and freshness. It will be perfect with your cheeses, foie gras or simply on a nice slice of bread for breakfast. For the gourmands, it will be a wonderful dessert with a faisselle, cottage cheese...
Les conseils de la maison
All LEMONSTORY jams are made in the Var, in a workshop in the heart of a rare citrus fruits family plantation. The jams are elaborated with fresh and seasonal fruits according to artisanal methods. Each fruit is peeled, zested, seeded, cut by hand and cooked in copper cauldrons in small quantities.
STORAGE Store in a cool place after opening and use up quickly.
