This box contains an elegant decanter in the shape of an oil drop. It protects the most awarded oil in France. The bottle is screen-printed with the emblem of Château Virant; you will be able to keep it preciously. A true carrier of the estate's values, this signature decanter will be both a decorative object and an original gift.
The Aix en Provence Olive Oil contained in the decanter is made from olives harvested exclusively in the Château Virant orchards and pressed in the mill at the heart of the estate. This oil has a pale green color with golden reflections and reveals dominant aromas of greenery, fresh grass, leaves, green apple and almond. Its structure is complex, unctuous and balanced, with a nice length in the mouth. Its slight bitterness and ardency contribute to its powerful taste.

As well raw as cooked, this olive oil is remarkable with all types of salads, raw vegetables, raw and cooked fish. It also goes well with white and red meats, and makes a great lamb dish.
