Himalayan Pink Salt

The pink salt of the Himalayas selected by MAX DAUMIN comes from the Khewra mines located in Pakistan. This rock salt, extracted from rocks dating back millions of years, is pure, without additives, non-iodized and rich in iron.

Its pretty pink color is due to the oxidation of the iron contained in it.

You will find it here in the form of crystals of 2 to 4mm. It is a salt very appreciated in cooking with a salting power equivalent to sea salt and containing more oligoelements.
