Hot Sauce Hegoa

Maison Martin offers us a beautiful sauce cooked in a workshop in the Paris region using peppers grown in France. The HEGOA sauce with its 3/12 strength spiciness is made from pure raw Gorria peppers grown in France in the Basque Country.

Here is a mildly spicy sauce with the good taste of the Basque Country. Lightly spices up your vegetables, pasta, rice, meat, eggs or fish. The Gorria is the variety of pepper cultivated in the Espelette PDO.
