Maison Martin offers us a beautiful sauce cooked in a workshop in the Paris region using peppers grown in France. The TONNERRE sauce with its 8/12 strength spiciness is made from pure raw yellow Habanero peppers grown in France.

A seductive yellow color for this sauce with an intense heat and fruity tropical notes. Can be used for everything.
