Puits d'Amour - Redcurrant, raspberry and violet jelly
Confiture Parisienne and Antoinette Poisson come together thanks to this original creation : a delicious jam (redcurrant, raspberry and violet jelly) in a superb gift box.
Antoinette Poisson was the name of Louis XV's favorite who had ordered for herself the tastiest dessert from her pastry chefs: the "Puits d'Amour", a cake filled with the best jam ever imagined at the time. The secret was forgotten since the "Puit d'Amour" is now made with pastry cream... Forgotten until Confiture Parisienne rediscovered the secret of this wonderful recipe, never updated since Louis XV.
