Thierry LEMARCHAND's Beurre de Madame is a treasure trove of simplicity, offering a unique, raw pleasure. First, there's the beautiful yellow-orange color of the butter that you caress with your eyes, just as you might imagine caressing the beautiful, docile Froment du Léon cows whose milk is unique in its carotene content.
Then there's tasting. The intense taste of the raw cream, the perfectly measured fleur de sel de Guérande.
You find a good loaf of bread, slap a thick layer of Madame's butter on it and swoon with pleasure.
