Maison Martin offers us a beautiful sauce cooked in a workshop in the Paris region from peppers grown in France. The ZEPHYR sauce is moderately spicy, with subtle notes of smoked chili and spices.

It goes wonderfully with your grilled or roasted meats, grilled vegetables, hamburgers, halloumi, falafels.
