These shortbread are made by the pastry chefs of La Sablésienne following a recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1670 in Sablé, Pays de la Loire. Noble ingredients are used such as good fresh butter, eggs from free-range hens; no coloring, no preservatives, no additives.
