We love this beautiful almond cream cake which plays wonderfully well with the differences in texture, between the slightly crunchy pastry and the soft centre.

Upon receipt, the Basque cakes can be frozen. We recommend that you take them out of the freezer at least 12 hours before eating them, and then store them at room temperature. They will then regain all their original qualities.
