The Cap-Corse region offers beautiful, fleshy and particularly sweet Sisco onions, a variety that has been rediscovered in recent years on the island.
Prepared in confit, the onions are skilfully cooked and perfectly seasoned in the expert cauldrons of Anatra Conserverie Moderne: the result is a perfect compote to accompany cheese, foie gras or roasted meats.
