Cooked by Patrick with Gascon pork, aromatic herbs, salt and pepper (perfectly proportioned), its texture is to our liking: firm and unctuous at the same time.
You will enjoy the pâté de campagne on a good traditional bread with French pickles and a nice ball of red wine.
Serve it elegantly as an aperitif, on toasted bread, you will be surprised by the appetite of your guests.
