Château Virant

Olive Oil 50 cl

€22.00

Discover the most medal-winning olive oil in France, made by Christine Cheylan at the magnificent Château Virant estate.

Dominated by Salonenque and Aglandau olives, the Picholine, Grossanne and Lucques varieties account for 15% of the composition of this oil.

Dominant aromas: on the nose as well as on the palate we find greenery with notes of fresh grass, foliage and green tomato. This complex, unctuous and well-balanced oil offers a long presence in the mouth and finishes with the sweetness of almond finely felt.

Aroma and bitterness: The slight bitterness and aroma of this oil contribute to its powerful taste. These two positive attributes (bitterness and spiciness = presence of natural antioxidants) fade over time but ensure the good conservation of this precious liquid.

Color: Its color is pale green with yellow reflections.
