A rigorous selection of the brown mustard seed, grinding with a stone millstone, delicate seasoning, artisanal work and know-how, patience and a slow maceration in oak barrels for three months give this Cider and Honey mustard its unique flavour.
Made by La Moutarderie Charentaise in Gourvillette, it is ideal to accompany your meats, with a touch of honey and acidity.
In the 19th century, the former Poitou-Charentes region was one of the main producers of mustard. Nathalie Courrèges took over the Moutarderie Charentaise in 2018 and is committed to optimising the company's own values: the quality of the product, the origin of the raw materials, respect for traditional recipes and genuine know-how.
