Crêpes Mademoiselle
An iconic dessert from the Tour d'Argent, the Crêpes Mademoiselle are now available as a delicatessen product for your pleasure.
Immersed in a marriage of Grand Marnier, Cointreau and Mandarin Imperial, they are first seared in a mixture of butter and caramelised sugar elongated with Tour d'Argent Fine Champagne and then gently impregnated with this irresistibly gourmet mixture.
A dessert concocted in the kitchens of the iconic restaurant, flavoured with orange and accompanied by delicate orange peels.

Ingredients: water, whole milk, Mademoiselle 19% liqueur (imperial mandarin liqueur (cognac, sugar, mandarin, spices), Cointreau® (alcohol, sugar, orange peel), Grand Marnier® (cognac, sugar, alcohol, natural bitter orange flavouring, colouring: caramel E150A)), sugar, wheat flour, egg white, egg yolk, orange zest, vanilla. Contains sulphites.
