The just-poached foie gras from Maison Georges Bruck is one of our favorite recipes: an intense and full-bodied taste right from the start, a musky flavor and a nice balance between spices and duck liver.
Just poached, its texture is melting and fragrant.

Serving suggestions: 250g ideal for 4 to 5 people. 500g ideal for 8 to 10 people. Remove from the fridge ten minutes before serving. Beforehand, open the vacuum bag and remove the aluminium foil as required. Dip a knife in very hot water before cutting each slice of foie gras. Arrange the slices on a platter or serve directly on plates. Enjoy with a good loaf of lightly toasted farmhouse bread, a baguette and... a little Bruck jelly.
