Our head bartender and mixologist César Lapierre offers a menu of signature cocktails, all the classic cocktails, dry martinis, gin and tonics, mojitos... as well as mocktails prepared with the greatest care.

- Garden Party (soft anf floral) : Dried rose petal infused gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, A. Milliat lychee nectar, homemade geranium syrup, organic white egg
- Célestina (spicy and fruity) : Volcan tequila, Mezcal, pineapple & rosemary shrub, fresh lime juice, passionfruit syrup, chili tincture.
- SAix and the city (tangy and fruity) : Timut pepper infused vodka, H. Theoria Electric Velvet liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, cranberry juice, homemade grenadine syrup.
- Kingsman (strong and bitter) : Bellevoye rum cask, 7 years Teissandier dark rum, banana liqueur, Byrrh, bitter Campari, absinthe.
- Coco Bongo (round and greedy) : Fat-washed coconut dark rum, white agricole rum, Royal Combier, fresh lime juice, almond & orange blossom syrup, fresh mint, angostura bitter.
