The absinthe plants used in its composition are fresh and processed within hours of being harvested. The recipe is complex and unique and includes more than twenty ingredients. The nose is marked by green anise and grand absinthe. The palate is intense, complex and perfectly balanced by a touch of bitterness. The finish is long, rich and herbaceous."
