Whisky roof rye.
"This Rye Whisky has been distilled, aged and bottled in France. A product of two regions, two climates and two aging methods, it is the fruit of the collaboration between the Warenghem Distillery and Guillaume Ferroni. Distilled at the Warenghem Distillery, it has spent many years in the temperate and humid climate of Brittany. In this land, cousin of Ireland and Scotland, the whisky finds an ideal environment for its aging. It underwent a second maturation in new American oak barrels, under the dry and sunny climate of Provence, to perfect its aging. Like the best American whiskeys, its maturation took place directly under the roof of a tin cellar, thus undergoing phenomenal thermal amplitudes, which gradually gave it its aromatic richness, of an exceptional intensity. It takes its name ""Roof Rye"" from this singular maturation."
Les conseils de la maison
"43 % vol. 50 cl Tasting : Aromas of vanilla and caramel, dry herbs, mellow and round, with a frank and persistent finish. Integration in cocktails : In all pre-prohibition Rye cocktails such as the Sazerac, the Manhattan or the Old Fashioned."
