Elder flower cream

This Elder flower cream from the Combier Distillery, made from wild elderflowers picked and pruned by hand, follows an old-fashioned manufacturing method.

A maceration in neutral alcohol during several months in cellars then a light press. The infusion is then combined with an elderberry spirit obtained by distillation to make a particularly fragrant cream of flowers.

Rich and aromatic, its lychee-like flavors will enhance and perfectly complement any gin or vodka-based cocktail.
