Honey Rhum
With the Honey Rum Ferroni, it is the Provence terroir that is put forward !
From the assembly of 3 rums from Trinidad (molasses), Guyana (molasses), Mauritius (agricultural type) selected by Guillaume FERRONI in the original distilleries then imported and assembled at Château des Creissauds.
They age for 2 months in Cognac barrels, then are then added: 1/ high quality honey (IGP Provence lavender honey) as well as 2/ locally produced saffron (13’Or Rouge). Saffron brings a lot of balance to the product. Indeed, very bitter in maceration in alcohol, it "breaks" the very sweet side that honey can bring.

Volume 70 cl, Degree 37,50% vol. Without case Weight 1,182 kg TASTING NOTE Nose : very present aromas of honey (beeswax). Palate : Soft, round, woody and vanilla. The honey melts gently to finish with delicate notes of saffron. DEFINITION Spirit drink with a minimum sugar content expressed as invert sugar of 100g per litre.
