Saison RUM - Pale
The Rum Pale from Maison TESSENDIER comes from a meticulous selection made from distillates from 3 distinct terroirs in the Caribbean islands of Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica.
A selection of white rums, from different distillates of molasses and sugar cane, distilled according to the 2 traditional methods, in stills and in columns, highlighting the typicality of each of these terroirs. The different batches of rum travel across the ocean to France to then be blended by cellar master Jérôme Tessendier.
Its goal is to create a unique harmony using the methods of making cognac, by assembling the different terroirs according to their various aromatic profiles: floral, fruity and spicy. The blend is placed in French oak barrels located on the banks of the Charente for a light refining of 3 months. T
his last step gives the fresh, fruity and floral blend a hint of roundness and smoothness. The rum is then gradually reduced to 40%; without added sugar. A fruity rum with light notes of vanilla and banana flambé with a honeyed finish. A subtle marriage between freshness and smoothness that will sublimate your cocktails.
