Blade length: 8.5 cm Stainless steel: Stainless steel is an alloy steel. It is obtained by adding chromium, which significantly increases its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel does not require any particular maintenance. Blade : This black stainless steel blade has a matt finish and is more resistant than a traditional stainless steel blade. Handle : Oak is a hard wood, very resistant, especially to insects and fungi thanks to its high tannin content. Coming from French farms, it has a yellow-brown aspect, with straight and regular veining. The handle is varnished to protect it from humidity and dirt. Safety ring: Virobloc in stainless steel, with specific surface treatment to increase hardness and corrosion resistance.
