Sainte-Maure de Touraine AOP & Ail des Ours Shortbread biscuit
An aperitif with authentic taste! These delicious butter-filled sablés are made with AOP Sainte-Maure de Touraine goat cheese, which represents 22% of the recipe. This iconic cheese, combined with 10% garlic, offers a perfect marriage between sweet and slightly herbaceous flavors.
Local and artisanal production. Our sablés are made in France with top quality ingredients, such as AOP Charentes-Poitou butter, Label Rouge Occitan wheat flour and eggs from outdoor chickens. Extra virgin olive oil and a touch of fleur de sel add to the whole.
An irresistibly crunchy texture. Perfectly browned, these shortbread melt in the mouth while providing a nice dose of crispness. Ideal for a refined aperitif or to accompany your gourmet moments, to enjoy in a friendly atmosphere.

Ingredients: BLE flour red label, sweet butter AOP (MILK), goat cheese AOP Sainte Maure de Touraine 22% (MILK), garlic 10% (EU origin), semi-skimmed MILK, extra virgin olive oil, fleur de sel, cane sugar. Made in a workshop using EGGS, NUTS, SESAME and SOY.
