Confiture Pêche verveine
The vervain peach jam from LEMON STORY is made with seasonal white and yellow peaches, accompanied by a verbena infusion.
A delight to enjoy on fresh bread, pancakes or even with cheese.
Lemon Story is above all a passionate adventure around rare citrus fruits that has lasted for more than ten years. This family-owned citrus plant has gradually chosen to transform and cook its own production. Thanks to a partnership with Paul Occhipinti, Best Worker of France in chocolate and confectionery, she now produces her own jams and marmalades.
Les conseils de la maison
All LEMONSTORY jams are made in the Var, in a workshop at the heart of a family plantation of rare citrus fruits. Jams are made with fresh and seasonal fruit according to traditional methods. Each fruit is peeled, zest, seeded, cut by hand with an old-fashioned cooking in copper cauldrons in small quantities.
CONSERVATION: Keep cool after opening and consume quickly
Prepared with minimum 70g of fruit per 100g
INGREDIENTS: peach, lemon juice, sugar and pectin.
