Château Minuty Cuvée Prestige Blanc

A white vinified to express all the freshness and elegance of Rolle. A very special ambition has been given to the white wines of the House, age-old wines of the Mediterranean and allies of its cuisine.

A white from Provence therefore, but a Minuty white with the signature of the generosity of aromas and the delicacy of flavors.

All the grapes are selected by Jean Etienne and François Matton with their know-how and expertise. The Rolle and Clairette from the Estate are blended with Sémillon selected for its enveloping qualities. As with the rosés of the House, no second fermentation to preserve the natural liveliness of the grapes. With its pale gold color with tangy reflections, this cuvée is characterized by its aromatic explosion. The nose is marked by the expression of Rolle: lemony notes and white flowers.

The palate is crisp and fresh at the same time with hints of citrus and pineapple.

The lovely liveliness on the finish calls for all seafood products and cuisine: sardine rillettes, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, sushi, green papaya salads, shrimp and grilled fish.
