Crafted from carefully selected fruits, the crème de cassis is made using a traditional method. The fruits are macerated in neutral alcohol for 3 to 4 months in our cellars, followed by a gentle pressing to create an intensely fragrant fruit infusion.
With its strong aroma, just a small amount is enough to elevate your cocktails, fruit salads, or ice creams. Enjoy it as an aperitif with white or sparkling wine, as a coulis, or simply on its own over ice.
