Haut Médoc - Château Haut Madrac

Owned by the Castéja family, the Château Haut-Madrac vineyard extends over plots which adjoin those of Château Lynch-Moussas. Particular care is given to the vines to allow them to express the unity and diversity of its terroirs as well as the grape varieties that compose it.

Tasting: Bright ruby ​​color. Open nose of jammy fruits mixed with toasted and spicy notes. The palate is powerful and long marked by roasted flavors. Young and elegant tannins.

Pairings: Perfect with duck, turkey with honey, a leg of lamb or roast pork.
