Pot en grés

€65.00

The Piama house has designed Grano, a clever pot suspended above its saucer to allow water to drain without stagnating.

The white part is glazed on the inside, making it easy to collect the water. The pot, in an earthy color, remains unglazed, giving it a slight porosity that is perfect for maintaining the moisture needed by the plant.

The perforations ensure proper drainage of water into the white part. GRANO is made of stoneware in the town of Carqueiranne, in the Var region.

Both elements, crafted from different types of clay, are made on a potter's wheel.

Stoneware was chosen for its robustness and impermeability, which are superior to those of earthenware. The non-slip base of GRANO is made of cork, a natural and local material sourced from the forests of the Var.
