Lion & Dragon white

The Lion et Dragon white wine from Chateau Roubine is a beautiful cuvée with a lemon yellow color with clear and brilliant reflections, which demonstrates a beautiful aromatic intensity.

The tangy flesh of this white makes it very delicious. Brightly lemony with a slight fat, it is marked by pleasant anise flavors.

This white opens with juicy notes of pear, candied lemon (tart) and a mineral touch (gunflint). On the palate it shows a beautiful amplitude with a lively and tasty balance. Superb minty finish marked by beautiful flavors of ripe white fruits (vine peach). This pretty vintage will enhance a sea bass ceviche, a sea bream or a fresh goat's cheese.
